Man, i really need help with this! I am from Argentina, and i just get one of this beautifull babe for only 5 dollars, and i cant turn it on, whats that thing that it has rigth next to the power cable?

The thing to the right of the cable on the back is just a piece of metal for winding up the cable. Nothing important.
